My Approach to Treating Patients Like all the board-certified physicians at Ohio Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, I spend a great deal of time learning the newest and most effective treatments by reading four orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine journals monthly as well as attending several out-of-town continuing education conferences each year. I frequently review the orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine literature available on the internet. I provide sports medicine sideline coverage for athletes at the University of Findlay, Arlington High School, and other local teams. We enjoy the opportunity to interact with these fine young athletes and hope to encourage them in the safe and healthy pursuit of their athletic goals. My main interests in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine are in the treatment of shoulder, knee and hip disorders, including arthroscopy, minimally-invasive surgery, including partial knee replacements, the women's total knee, 2-incision total hip and quad-sparing total knee replacements. I also enjoy treating patients with hand, foot, and ankle injuries or disorders. I will work closely with you to find the best possible treatment options for your condition. Please let my staff or myself know if there is anything we can do to make your experience at Ohio Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine a positive one. My primary goal is to provide you with the best possible care. I look forward to meeting with you. Sincerely, Jeffery A. McMath, MD | ||||||||||||||||||
